What is the point of life? What happens when we die? Is there any hope?

What relevance does Jesus have for our lives today? Is Christianity - Boring, Irrelevant, Untrue?

        

These questions and many more can be answered through the Alpha Course.

What is the Alpha Course? It is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith. It's relaxed, non-threatening, low-key, friendly and fun. It's an opportunity to learn, discover, discuss and ask questions. ALPHA is support by all Christian denominations.     

ALPHA is a ten week course for anyone interested in investigating Christianity and its relevance today. ALPHA covers topics such as: 'Who is Jesus?', 'Why and how do I pray?', 'What about suffering?', 'Who is the Holy Spirit?' and 'Does God heal today?'.

  

The course in primarily aimed at non-church people, but many people who have taken part in the past have been church members and they have been greatly blessed. Have you a friend or relative who may be interested?

    

Our ALPHA course last year began in September. Each week we had a supper before the course which was a great success. This gave people time to meet new friends and enjoy sharing with other people.

    

We do not have an ALPHA course running at the moment but do have a 'After Alpha Bible study' which anyone may attend.
